Laboratory Summer Intern, Graduate

Job Duties:

The intern will be assisting with all types of sampling runs (hydrology, limnology, and pathogens). 

They will become familiar with all of the sampling equipment used on the sampling runs, including calibration and will help to prepare the runs by packing bottles, preparing equipment and loading the vehicles. 

Interns will also get exposure to our LIMS system and other programs used as a part of our sampling program, exposure to data review and processing and will assist in some Robotic monitoring maintenance. 

The candidate will be working predominately in an office although some field work may be required. 

Candidate will be responsible for adhering to and complying with all environmental, health and safety laws, Agency policies, rules, and regulations.
