Field Zone Manager (Customer Experience (CX), Service Performance, Sales Performance)

As a Zone Manager, you will join a team that provides automotive retailers:
Product training
- Merchandising & advertising support
- Financial management
- Process analysis, implementation and improvement support
- Sales metrics and forecasting skills
- Customer service programs
Your ideas and actions make an impact on profits and growth. One of the many rewards of this position is seeing your efforts lead to increased sales and customer loyalty at the dealership and corporate level.
As part of the Ford College Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to experience:

Throughout the FCG program you:
- Listen to dealer needs, understand their concerns, and provide solutions
- Work independently in your daily activities and work as a team to share best practices while meeting sales and service goals
- Network with colleagues and leaders throughout the organization and learn about career opportunities at Ford/Lincoln
- Are equipped with:
- Your portfolio of dealers
- Skills, necessary equipment and data to attain your daily and monthly sales goals
- A company car, dependent on first assignment
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in the following fields of study:
- Preferred fields include Business related (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Hospitality Business), Communications
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
- Must be willing to relocate now and in the future
- Ability to travel in market that may require overnight travel (i.e., hotel stays Tuesdays to Fridays)
- Minimum travel required: 4 or more days per week to local sites in market – up to a four-hour drive time in market
- Travel 100+ miles, fly zones may be applicable
- Must have a valid and unrestricted driver's license
- Must be available for full-time employment by June 2025
