Research Co-op

The research co-op at the David L. Tippin Drinking Water Facility will assist in applied studies and research on water treatment processes for regulatory compliance and cost savings. This position involves collecting and analyzing drinking and environmental water samples for analytes including alkalinity, ammonia, chlorine, nitrite, pH, turbidity, and UV-254. After training, the co-op will be capable of running bench-scale tests, operating pilot-scale equipment, and evaluating the results using Excel to determine full-scale feasibility. This is a part-time position, and we will work with students around their class timeline. 

U.S work authorization required. , CPT, or OPT is also acceptable.
