Job Description
This role sits within Visa’s Global Strategic Digital Partnerships and is responsible for strategically growing Visa’s business in both the Big Tech & Fintech segments. This team is focused on global strategy setting, market engagement, performance analytics, business operations & efficiency, and strategic initiatives directly with the SVP Head of Global Strategic Digital Partnerships.
Some job duties and projects could include:
Strategy & Ops
- Coordinating strategic business decisions around revenue generation, expense control, business optimization, investments, and resource allocation.
- Supporting Global & NA Digital Partnerships, in the creation of a transformation agenda to make Visa the payments choice & forerunner for big tech & fintech partnerships
- In close partnership with Finance and key business partners, leading annual operating plan and multi-year outlook process, and driving key strategic, financial, and operational activities by leading business reviews, scorecards, OKR planning, and regular OKR review. Proactively review all progress reports, updates, dashboards and highlighting areas that require attention
- Build and manage sales operations unit, managing sales and implementation pipelines, sales goals across Digital Partnerships and partnering client segment units
Market Engagement & Communications
- Work across a strategic handful of industry thought leaders / VCs to inform business insights and industry trends
- Developing and maintaining established internal communications architecture such as all-hands, and newsletters
- Leading and coordinating the creation of materials for key cadences such as MBRs, QBRs, All-staffs, Global and NA LT sessions, CEO updates and client councils/forums with the Partnerships Leadership Team
- In conjunction with the Communications and Partnerships teams, developing internal and external communications to keep the Big Tech & Fintech narrative consistent in the market
- Working with the partnering functions to collect key developments and highlights in preparation for meetings and discussions and prioritizing business topics
Strategic Initiatives
- Support & deliver cross-functional projects for the entire Digital Partnerships team, ranging from client/sales use cases to deal due diligence, and facilitate efficient decision-making
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Students pursuing a MBA Degree with a graduation date between May 2025 and August 2025; Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to identify and connect various business topics/problems, tell overall story/key points, and figure out potential solutions
- Ability to provide concise meaningful summary from various information sources
- Good communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to collaborate, influence, and bring consensus across multiple teams. Active listening required
- Good problem solving and can move projects forward even in somewhat ambiguous scenario
- Strong analytical skills (incl. leveraging data) and PowerPoint design skills to highlight the business story
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong customer-centric mindset
- Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively and identify new ways to innovate and differentiate products with evidence of tangible business results

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary for a new hire into this position is $53/HR USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
