JOB DESCRIPTION

Model-e is utilizing Design Thinking & User Experience methods to deliver breakthrough products and services that will delight our customers. To begin your program, you are assigned to a team based on your interests, background, and our business needs. A member of management within your area will be your mentor. These assignments are structured to develop your skills and help to build your understanding of your home organization and the product creation process. Your development will be further supported by a variety of technical, professional training, and networking opportunities within software engineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Examples of areas of opportunity include:  

• Product Development and Design
• Product Management
• Industrialization
• Electrification
• Electric Vehicle (EV) Technology

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors, Masters or PhD in one of the following fields:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical and Electronic Engineering
  • Systems Engineering
  • Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • Vehicle Design
  • Aerospace, Biomedical, Chemical, and other disciplines in key areas
  • Mathematics, Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics, or similar degree
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent)
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience
• Candidates must graduate and be available for full-time work prior to September 2024
