GE Aerospace Research - Semiconductor Device Fellow Internship
As a Semiconductor Device Fellow Intern in Digital & Electrical Systems, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and execute device characterization techniques for wide bandgap semiconductors. Assignments include working side by side with experts in the field of wide bandgap semiconductors, completing challenging technical projects, applying theoretical knowledge to real-life technical problems, and developing skills in a cutting edge global industrial research environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Work with industry leading experts to design, model, and characterize wide bandgap semiconductor devices
Collaborate with device, test, and process engineers in Digital & Electrical Systems
Grow your network and develop communication and technical presentation skills to executive leaders
Required Qualifications
Current enrollment in a full-time Ph.D. degree program in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines at an ABET accredited university
Strong background in device physics
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
Minimum GPA 3.0 / 4.0 scale
