Organizational Health and Development

This project provides Directed Energy Directorate leadership with a robust picture of organizational climate, culture and the employee experience through data triangulation of multiple data sources. These data sources may include surveys, focus groups, interviews, customer service metrics and workshop/training program feedback. Using tools such as PowerBI, Qualtrics, R, and state-of-the-art data analytics, your project will have a direct impact on maintaining and increasing the potential for high-functioning, high performing, and thriving employees, teams, and leaders.

This opportunity empowers the student to explore, research and create innovative methods to identify trends, conduct problem solving, and recommend solutions to promote organizational health and culture. For example, utilize data analyses to research organizational workshops, training programs, and strategies for organizational change.

Stipend rates for this position are based on academic level at the time of application. 

Students majoring in Behavioral Science, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or Psychology should apply. 

This position is part-time in the fall and spring semesters, and full-time in the summer.
