Math and Reading Tutor Internships (Paid / In-Person Position)

We are excited to announce two paid internship opportunities.
- Math Tutor Internship
- Reading Tutor Internship
Compensation: This is a paid position. Compensation ranges between $20.00 - $30.00 depending on experience and the quality of professional references.
- Reading and / or Math Tutors
- Levels range from Pre - K students through adults.
- Must enjoy working with children, adolescents and / or adults, excellent communication skills, ability to exhibit professionalism, poise, timely documentation for time sheets, and student progress. Must have experience in at least "one" of the desired areas for employment: (ie. primary, intermediate, high school, reading and / or math SAT Prep, early literacy skills, reading , fluency, vocabulary, language arts, writing skills and learning disabilities). Previous tutoring and / or mentoring experience is a plus!
- One-on-one instructional support, document time sheets and submit brief, yet detailed monthly progress reports.
- *IMPORTANT: Must have access to reliable transportation.
- Specify your location interest: Philadelphia (Bala Cynwyd Clinic) or Delaware (Newark, Delaware Public Schools or in The Reading Clinic).
