GTOA Chemistry Intern for CCIT

We are currently seeking rising undergraduate sophomore, junior and senior students working towards a degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field for a 10-12 week internship during the summer of 2023.
Objectives/Goals of the Position:
It is required to validate the integrity of the primary container of our products (vials, syringes, auto-injectors, etc). The objective of this internship is to identify the factors that impact the container closer integrity method validation. The objective of this internship is to identify the factors that impact the container closer integrity method validation.
Primary Duties:
- Perform predesigned container closure integrity test of vials/syringes
- Perform UV-Vis analysis.
- Be able to do the dilution calculation and carry out dilution task and solution preparation.
- Author study reports.
- Present data in meetings.
- Other methods/techniques may apply once identified as necessary during the study (for instance, viscometer for viscosity impact on the dye ingress).
Position Requirements:
- Rising undergraduate sophomore, junior and senior students working towards a degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of undergraduate with chemistry course and lab experience. Good computer skill is a must, including PPT and excel.
- Minimum grade point average of 3.0
