2023 Wolfe Ascend - Early Insights Diversity Program

Wolfe Ascend is an Early Insights Program intended to provide students from underrepresented backgrounds in the financial services industry exposure to Wolfe & Equity Research along with professional development, financial training, and networking opportunities. The program is made up of various virtual sessions spread across a 1.5 week period encompassing career panels, relevant speaker topics, technical trainings, an interview & resume workshop, and much more!

We are looking for current undergraduate sophomores graduating between December 2024 and June 2025, and current undergraduate seniors graduating on or before June 2023, interested in learning more about Equity Research and the Financial Services industry. Eligible students who also identify as members of the following communities are encouraged to apply: Women, African American/Black, Latinx, American Indian/Native American, LGBTQ+, Veterans, and Students with Disabilities.

At the end of the program, select sophomore participants will be eligible to interview for 2024 Summer Internship opportunities, and select senior participants will be eligible to interview for our full-time Research Assistant or Associate Program.
