Description:
The Global Business Services Leadership Development Program (GBS LDP) is designed to cultivate well-rounded leaders within the L3Harris GBS organization who have a broad understanding of our company and its operations.

The three-year program enables employees in the early phases of their careers to gain experience in multiple GBS roles across diverse businesses and geographic locations. Participants are paired with a mentor who helps guide their development, and there are opportunities to meet and work with senior leaders of the company. Educational assistance, robust training and cross-functional engagement are also included in the program.

Job Duties:
  • Complete up to three (3) rotations over 36 months, with assignments in various disciplines
  • Rotations focus on analysis and business needs in the following disciplines: Indirect Procurement, Government Billing, Payroll, Analytics, Enterprise Asset Management, Indirect Tax, and Accounts Payable
  • Extensive use of verbal and written communications skills, problem solving and teamwork on a daily basis
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or related
  • Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
  • Willingness and ability to travel and relocate as required by the program
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated technical skills, business acumen and leadership skills
  • Excellent skills in oral and written communication, analytics, and problem solving
  • Initiative, enthusiasm; willingness and ability to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Work experience as an intern / Co-Op in Finance or related fields
  • Self-starter, displaying initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
