Finance Intern
- Responsible for running weekly reports, queries, and data ingest processes
- Responsible for the quoting and billing of CLINs for new and existing business
- Assist in customer invoice preparation and reconciliation
- Ensure all assigned invoices are processed and completed in a timely manner per the terms and conditions of the contract
- Responsible for daily internal/external customer interface
- Support internal and external audits; actively participate in process improvement initiatives
- Support cash application process through research and reconciliation
- Assist in Ad Hoc projects
Must be available for full-time work Summer 2022 and part-time work through out the 2023 Academic Year.
