Human Resource Business Associate

What you'll be able to do:
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR products, policies and services
  • Support the business through individual, team and organization effectiveness efforts
  • Strong organization design and change management experience with large complex teams.
  • Ability to deliver OD in alignment with transformational business strategy, New Leader Transition, Team Effectiveness etc.
  • Applies Agile and Design thinking principles
  • Supports talent strategy (e.g., acquisition, development and transition)
  • Informs business operations about changes in human resources laws, regulations and process
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to address issues
  • Assists and provides guidance with performance improvement
  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of policies and procedures
  • Conducts supportive training and development programs
  • Coaches and advises on various HR issues including declining performance, terminations and performance management
  • Work on cross-affinity team & HR enterprise related projects
  • Ability to analyze data to make recommendations and data-driven decisions
  • Coach operations on DEI strategy and support DEI initiatives

 The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Master’s Degree
  • 5+ years of HR management experience with a minimum of 2+ years in a global organization
  • 2+ years of change management experience

Our preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in HR or related field
  • HR experience with Supply Chain Organizations; procurement, category management and/or BEV
  • Strong desire and drive to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in HRBO 
  • Experience in a unionized environment
  • Experience in Design Thinking and Agile
  • Experience in executive talent
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of employee laws
