Manufacturing Engineer
The Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for the engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies. Requires ability to perform process improvements and develop improvement strategies.
Essential Responsibilities:
In addition, as the Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will:
· Define and control production process including tooling and equipment for specialized processes
· Facilitate and drive process improvements to meet business metrics
· Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment
· Develops new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
· Works together with business leadership at SPB and EB level
· Works together with shop operators and programing technicians
· Specifies needs, communicates about project approach, and presents outcomes of research done
· Delivers products as part of a team
· Works on cross functional teams
· Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)
- 3 years of Manufacturing experience
