Seagate - Global Investigations Summer Intern

Location:  Fremont, CA, US

About our group:

The Seagate's Global Investigations Team is seeking a currently enrolled college student for a 3 month summer internship located at the Fremont, CA facility.

About the role - you will:

  • Assist with development of the Global Investigations Team SharePoint and knowledge management site
  • Assist with the creation of a tabletop training scenario based on a severe incident
  • Complete a research project on open sources of intelligence to identify potential evidence sources and present findings to the Global Investigations Team
  • Assist with PowerShell scripting leveraging tool such as Kansa
 
Interns typically work Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. The hours are subject to change with or without notice at the sole discretion of Seagate.

About you:

  • Must be currently enrolled and returning to college for 2022 fall semester
  • Possess a basic knowledge and understanding of the digital evidence and open source information
  • Must be technically savvy and detail-oriented
