RMV Business Research Analyst Co-op Spring 2022

This position has a high degree of remote flexibility once established in the role. The selected candidate will be expected to follow a hybrid work model that consists of both in-office and work from home days, as needed.

Position Summary:

Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles is requesting a Spring Co-Op for 2022 to assist the Crash and Commercial Driver Units with data analysis of serious and fatal crashes. The analyses will inform project and policy response to reduce future traffic fatalities and severe injuries on Massachusetts roadways. This candidate will:
  • Perform statistical analysis and conduct studies related to serious and fatal vehicular crashes.
  • Design and build analytic processes to categorize crashes and their contributing factors.
  • Conduct data mining and analysis and create analytic reports and contribute to ongoing data analysis efforts to inform RMV policy.
 

Qualifications

 Must be enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program for spring 2022.
