Emerging Leaders Program – Information Technology Track – Chevy Chase, MD

As an Emerging Leader in the Information Technology track, you’ll gain hands-on technical and management experience while interacting with senior executives and associates at all levels.

During this three-year program, you’ll learn our business by attending meetings, leading teams and rotating through our Information Services, Systems Operations and Internet Business departments. You’ll work on projects that could include database upgrades and business analyses, development and design, new application rollouts, data migration, and project management. We currently use Java, C++, VB.net, Oracle, UNIX, J2EE and SQL. When you finish the program, you’ll be ready for a future with enormous potential. Our goal is to place you in a position of significant responsibility within the technology-operations of our industry-leading company. Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field
  • Master's degree and MBA graduates are encouraged to apply
  • 3.5 or better overall GPA in undergraduate studies required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Desire to one day become a manager
