Position Duties:
The Information Technology Ford College Graduate (FCG) Program provides recent college graduates with a range of rotational, developmental job assignments during their first three years with Ford Motor Company/Ford Motor Credit Company.
Highlights of the program include:
- An opportunity to participate in orientation programs and training opportunities
- Individual involvement in planning and selecting assignments
- Mentoring by senior IT management
- Possible rotations areas include: Autonomous Vehicles, Ford Labs, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Software Defined Infrastructure Services
- Positions responsibilities include: working as a member of a Product team applying agile practices, Cyber Security (Inside & Outside the Vehicle), Human Centric Design, Infrastructure Engineering & Operations best practices, Product Management techniques... and so much more!
- Opportunities to influence the design of future mobility solutions!
The IT FCG program objective is to strengthen your business acumen and technical skills through rapid exposure to various Ford business activities, while allowing you to gain a basic understanding of the company’s culture and global IT organization. Our goal is to support you and your transition into the high performing, inclusive and engaged workforce needed to meet the information technology needs of tomorrow
Minimum Requirements for the IT FCG Program:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems or Bachelor's of Science-Computer Science
- Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 Scale
- Candidates must graduate and be available for work prior to September 2022
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
