As part of the 24-month Ford College Graduate (FCG) rotational, developmental program you will be provided with the structure (orientation, training opportunities, experiences and feedback) to enhance your technical and professional competencies. Our goal is to support you and your transition into the robust, inclusive and engaged workforce needed to meet the product development needs of tomorrow. 

Minimum Requirements for the R&A FCG Program: 
  • Pursuing Bachelor’s, Master’s Degree or PhD in one of the following fields: 
  • Software Engineering 
  • Mechanical Engineering 
  • Systems Engineering 
  • Electrical and Electronic Engineering 
  • Computer Engineering or Computer Science 
  • Aerospace, Biomedical, Chemical, and other Engineering disciplines in key areas 
  • MBA (with an engineering undergraduate degree) 
  • 3.0 overall GPA 
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience 
  • Graduation date by September 2022 

Preferred Requirements: 
  • 3.4 overall GPA 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within diverse teams
