Do you want to work on real world problems with smart, collaborative peers and leaders who are invested in your success? CapTech is looking for undergraduate Juniors that are passionate about technology with a desire to solve complex business and technical problems to join our internship program, Elevate.

Elevate provides meaningful immersion into the full life cycle of a typical IT consulting project. This unique program takes place in Richmond, VA or Northern VA/Tysons Corner and simulates a client engagement where one can achieve a full understanding of the consulting experience while solving relevant client problems. Interns work in self-led teams and are paired with full-time consultants for guidance and mentorship. Additionally, interns enjoy weekly lunch-and-learns with our leadership team. CapTech interns are given the opportunity to build something that matters and create impactful value.
