Accenture is recruiting nationwide for Informatics Analysts to join us at our COE (Center of Excellence) in Orlando, Florida.  Relocation to Orlando is required and relocation assistance may be offered. Depending on your role on a project, you may travel 25%-75%.

You will:
  • Use digital technologies such as Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN), Chromatography Data Systems (CDS), and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), and cloud
  • Work on the fundamental redesign of the scientific user experience
  • Help ASIS client organizations better capture, handle, integrate and analyze complex scientific data
  • Contribute to the discovery and manufacturing of new products, reduce time to market, improve quality and compliance, and increase operational efficiencies

As a Scientific Informatics Analyst, you will start with intensive training through our Scientific Consultant Development Program (SCDP). During your first 12-24 months in this role, the focus will be on gaining skills across many functional areas of expertise required to become a successful Scientific Informatics Consultant. Going forward, you will continue to grow your career and increase your skills and experience in various areas. Some of these workstreams include:
  • Business Analysis
  • Configuration and Development
  • Master Data
  • Validation and Testing
  • Enterprise Application Support
  • Project Management

You will need:

Bachelor’s Degree in
  • Life Sciences / Laboratory Science (e.g. Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology, etc)
OR
  • Computer Science with scientific experience in an academic or professional setting
OR
  • Engineering within Laboratory Sciences (e.g. Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, etc)

Bonus points if you have:
  • An advanced degree in a relevant field, as mentioned above
  • Experience working in a scientific lab setting
  • Training in one of the following programming languages: C, C++, C#, Pascal, PHP, Perl, VB, Objective C, Python, Javascript, or Java (8 or 11)
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Leadership ability

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $65,000 - $87,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
