Career Launch Onboarding Representative

Project Description:

The Career Launch team supports the onboarding process of all North America new joiners from the time the job offer is accepted to first day of employment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Centralized onboarding function through new joiner's start date
  • Streamlined execution of onboarding tasks for increased efficiency and successful enablement 
  • Provide joiners with an improved, high-touch onboarding experience 
  • Execute a high touch onboarding process for North America new joiners 
  • Provide a high level of customer service and partnership with recruiting teams and new joiners
  • Work autonomously to resolve issues and lessen unnecessary hand-offs; ensure proper enablement 
  • Become the primary Point of Contact for all onboarding inquiries

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook and OneNote
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Some knowledge on recruitment and background check/onboarding processes
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to adapt to sudden change in processes
  • Detail oriented with strong follow through

Bonus Points If You Have:
  • 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Onboarding Coordinator, HR/Recruiting Assistant, or HR Intern
