- Work alongside senior management to support with our growing network of salons
- Primary responsibility to support our existing accounts to explain our products and services
- Help identify ways to improve processes and increase productivity.
- Create and maintain documentation on account management processes, assisting with on-boarding of new salons, and optimizing lead qualifications.
- Strong communication skills, very positive attitude and team player
- Must be the type of person that thrives in an unstructured, dynamic environment by constantly looking for ways to improve
- Must be able to learn technology quickly and be able to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of the salon industry a plus
