The opportunity 
It’s no exaggeration to say no two days are quite the same in this role. You’ll take on a wide range of responsibilities in supporting our campus recruiters in building our brand on campus and developing a pipeline of future leaders for our organization. Your key responsibilities 
As a Campus Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for administering the campus recruiting strategy including identifying creative approaches to events and activities in support of our recruiting efforts. You’ll be working within various software tools including applicant tracking systems to help track and report on a high volume of candidates to identify hiring trends. You’ll liaise and manage communications with Career Services Offices on campuses in coordinating events and activities. You’ll be an integral part of the candidate selection process building relationships with students and business leaders. You’ll coordinate interviews and assist with the logistics including schedules, room reservations and communications. You’ll work closely with our internship programs in organizing and executing events. We’ll look to you to make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence. You’ll need to be able to travel at times for meetings and events and you’ll need to be able to work longer hours in a week as required based on the business and project needs.
Skills and attributes for success 
You’ll be helping to coordinate multiple programs and events and managing a high volume of candidates so strong organizational skills and attention to detail are key. You’ll need to have a strong focus on customer service including attention to producing high quality results. You’ll also need to be adaptable and agile to everchanging work priorities/environment. You’ll have strong teaming skills with the ability to build relationships with team members in different offices sharing knowledge and best practices.
 
To qualify for the role, you must have 
·      Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
·      Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
·      Ability to work efficiently and effectively while maintaining attention to detail
 
Ideally, you’ll also have 
·      Experience working within professional services or large matrix corporate environment 
·      Human Resources or recruiting related experience
