The FordPass / Lincoln Way team is seeking mobile app software engineer for both Android and Apple platforms. Candidates with significant hands-on experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade consumer-facing will be considered. Selected candidate will be working in a fast-paced, Product Driven development environment where software engineers are working in a highly collaborative fashion.

What you’ll be able to do:
- Analyze customer requirements and develop mobile app code as needed
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, UI/UX designers and external teams to design, build and extend application features and provide solutions to optimize performance, scalability, security protocols, analytics integration
- Perform technical design, coding with test automation, support, and documentation of software application modifications
- Ensure quality code is delivered through high standards, continuous integration, development and testing
- Drive project architecture to scale large mobile applications and enabling team efficiency
- Support QA in developing test plans, execution and continuous releases.
- Onboard and mentor junior software engineers, review code and enforce coding standards
The minimum requirements we seek:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
- 2+ years’ experience in Information technology
- 2+ years’ experience developing mobile apps
Our preferred requirements:
- Reactive or Async Programming: RxJava or Coroutine, Swift, Objective-C)
- UI: RecyclerView, Constraint Layout, Compose, UIKit
- Dependency Injection: Dagger or Hilt
- Database: Sqlite or Room, MySQL
- Network: Retrofit, OKHttp, Apple proprietary
- Architecture: MoveViewViewModel (MVVM) / MVC
- Strong interpersonal skills
