- Work alongside senior management to determine new product features
- Primary responsibility to test and analyze our wesbite and app products and services
- Help identify ways to improve the design, features and functionality
- Create and maintain documentation
- Strong communication skills, very positive attitude and team player
- Must be the type of person that thrives in an unstructured, dynamic environment by constantly looking for ways to improve
- Must be able to learn technology quickly and be able to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of the salon industry a plus
