Job Description

This is a remote position, the selected candidate can reside and perform the work from anywhere within the United States.

Spring/Summer 2021 Internship
General Purpose of the Position
The Design Program Management Intern will be responsible for leadership of various Design Projects. A considerable amount of creativity and initiative are involved as well as a high level of independent judgment.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with Designers, Engineers, Event Coordination and Fabrication Shop personnel and independently as needed
  • Manage program timing and deliverables
  • Communicates information to and from internal and external customers
  • Actively identifies new areas for learning and takes advantage of learning opportunities.
  • Coordination of leadership reviews
  • Present project results to Design Leadership

  • Project management skills required to lead assigned projects.
  • Tactical planning (macro, micro, personal) skills required
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
Education Requirements
  • Currently working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering discipline or Business.

The median level of the monthly salary compensation for this role is $4500 dependent upon class status and degree. Benefit options are not available for this role.
