Full or Part-time Marketing Co-op/Intern

Position Description

IMP is seeking a Marketing co-op student or intern to join our growing team.  The primary goal of this position is to “help Business Development get in front of the client”. We would look to the Marketing co-op intern to help craft messages that clearly articulate our client’s pain points (in a very nuanced environment) and assist with driving our marketing campaigns. You should possess the intelligence, drive, and curiosity to conduct research on industry topics and be constantly asking yourself “What problem does the client have today (that they can’t solve otherwise) and how can IMP help”?If this resonates and you feel you hit at least 75% of the criteria below, we’d love to hear from you!     
Preferred background/abilities:

  • Ability to articulate and help design a solution to meet the client's defined need
  • Ability to achieve objectives both independently and within a team environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Outlook and SalesForce, HubSpot a plus
  • Graphic design capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Ability to condense information on complex subject matters
  • Previous co-op or internship experience in consulting and/or technology solutions or equivalent environment preferred (background and understanding of investment management industry strongly preferred) but would be willing to train

Salary and job details

  • Hourly rate based on experience.
  • We can offer flexibility around work hours and days (if right candidate is not coming from a full time co-op program)
