Flavor Research Science Intern

Your role

The intern will learn about and experience first hand:

The creation of Flavor reactions and of both Vanilla and Botanical Extracts/Distillates
Supplying ingredients and flavors to both internal and external customers that positively impact the ever expanding needs within the flavor industry
How to manage projects related to both internal and external customer demands
How to operate various types of equipment - Extraction vessels, Distillation equipment, filtration equipment, etc.
How to work safely in a laboratory environment and about the proper use of PPE
You are currently enrolled in college level courses, at the undergraduate or graduate level, preferrrably majoring in a science related field.
You have an interest in a career in the sciences, preferrably food science.
You might just be a foodie!

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The expected gross hourly rate for this position is USD 15.49 - USD 15.49. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
